Sorry For Not Including That but just add /MMS/wapenc to the end of the MMSC and it should work I cant believe i forgot that again sorry for the inconvienence

Username: leave blank
Password: leave blank
MMSC: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
MMS Proxy: 216.155.165.50:8080
MMS Max Message Size: leave blank (or you could put a max file size here)
MMS UA Prof URL: leave blank
These Are The Other Settings That I Have Had Success With Only Use These If You Didn't Have Success With The Other Settings.
